When June texts you

June Reception answers the phone for local service businesses. When you book an appointment over the phone with a business that uses June, you can get a text confirming the details. This page explains exactly when that happens and how to stop it.

What you’ll get

A confirmation text with your appointment details, and the occasional update about that same appointment. That’s it. No marketing, no newsletters, no selling you anything.

How you opt in

You opt in by giving your phone number during the call and agreeing to receive a confirmation text. That verbal yes on the phone is the only way you ever get a message from us. If you don’t want the text, just say so and you won’t get one.

How often, and what it costs

Only around an appointment you booked, so message frequency varies. We don’t send recurring campaigns. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message and you’ll get no more texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@junereception.com and a real person will answer.

Your number

We use your number only to confirm and coordinate the appointment you booked. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
